Just driving through town and found the best burger! Seriously! Had a little wait but we needed a break from driving. Super friendly and helpful. Found out this place has been serving for over 50 years and practically the whole town eats there on a regular basis. If you're looking for bells and whistles you'll miss it...backup and look for a shack!! lol but it's worked for a long time. Don't change it now! Stop and enjoy! We did!!

Yum!!! Driving down 101 and hungry. So glad we found it. Took a bit, but we realized they were actually making us fresh burgers, not sitting under a heat lamp, like a fast food place. So worth it, highly recommend!

Great burgers. I've been eating here for the better part of 25 years. The food is always great. They have a very diverse menu you won't be disappointed.

Went back here to meat up (pun intended) with my friend Mitchy to talk terps over burgers and onion rings. All I can say is WOW! From the friendly service, to the clean facilities, it was an amazing experience to enjoy our delicious burgers. Will be back here with my friend Brian Terply asap. Thanks 101 burger for being MORE than just a burger place. It is an EXPERIENCE the whole family will enjoy!

Long wait but great burgers and outdoor dining only - give it a try if you have time to wait

It is a rare occasion when i gush over hamburgers, there are too many reasons to list. Often it's price, sometimes it's quality of the meat (thanks Sysco) or skimping on the rest of the ingredients. I was blown away by the food at this spot. First we were greeted warmly and playfully which was very nice. The spot was sheltered, had a great breeze on a hot day and even had a bathroom. The staff listened, answered all our questions and the food was perfectly timed and cooked. My patty melt almost made me cry, I can't begin to tell you how badly I already want another. The wontons were good, we tried a mix of regular and jalapeño which were more flavorful than spicy. The garlic fries were tremendous too and my guest wanted to go back for another burger after we arrived back on our the coast. They have shakes next time I'll try, I love ice cream. Their tea is fire as well. This is a must when you want a burger and more.

On our way home from Crescent City, California, we found this awesome hole-in-the-wall drive up fifties style restaurant. They have a large menu and everything looks great, however, we came for the shakes and they did not disappoint and where do you get a twenty ounce shake for five bucks these days, right here! These are hand scooped ice cream shakes and I ordered the blackberry shake, it was the best shake I've had in years! It was loaded with several fresh blackberries! My wife ordered the piña colada and hers was loaded with fresh pineapple and coconut and she raved about it! Excellent small classic drive up diner! Give them a try, you'll be happy that you did! Locally owned and operated too!
